How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Click on any order to view its current status and tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. During peak periods or holidays, updates might be delayed. If you haven't seen any updates for more than 3 days, please contact our support team.

What do the different tracking statuses mean?

• Order Confirmed: We've received your order • Processing: Your order is being prepared • Shipped: Your order is on its way • Out for Delivery: Your package will be delivered today • Delivered: Your package has been delivered • Exception: There's a delivery issue that needs attention

How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International shipping can take 7-14 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
