What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives
  • Develop and implement support processes and procedures
  • Monitor team performance and quality metrics
  • Handle escalated customer issues
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of customer support experience
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with support ticket systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce customer support
  • Knowledge of multiple languages
  • Background in process improvement
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
