What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures
- Monitor team performance and quality metrics
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
What you'll need
- 5+ years of customer support experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with support ticket systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce customer support
- Knowledge of multiple languages
- Background in process improvement
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
